The Short Version

We respect your privacy. Rational Yoga stores all your data locally on your device. We don't collect, track, or sell your personal information. Your learning journey is yours alone.

Data We Store

• Your name (if provided during onboarding)
• Your learning preferences (teacher vs. practitioner)
• Cards you've completed
• Your streak count
• Review history and spaced repetition data
• Achievements you've unlocked

All of this data is stored in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.

Privacy-Safe Analytics

We collect anonymous, aggregate usage data to improve the app. This includes:

• A randomly generated device ID (not tied to your name or identity)
• Which lessons have been completed (aggregated across all users)
• General activity patterns (when you started, last active)
• Completion statistics (percentage of lessons finished)

This data is never linked to your personal identity. We don't store your name on our servers.

Data We Don't Collect

• No cookies for advertising
• No personal information (names, emails, etc.) sent to servers
• No third-party data sharing
• No behavioral tracking or profiling

Clearing Your Data

You can clear all your data at any time by:

• Using the “Reset Progress” button in your Profile
• Clearing your browser's local storage

Third-Party Services

We use Google Fonts to display typography. Google may collect some usage data through their fonts service. No other third-party services are used.
